Anyway, here's some valuable and interesting feedback you gave us.
69% of those who took our survey are either satisfied or very satisfied with the music recommendations we send your way. It's a high number, and we couldn't be happier about it.
27% were neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. So, taking their feedback into account, we're going to incorporate a few more music genres moving forward.
4% shared they were somewhat dissatisfied. We might not hit the spot for everyone, but we appreciate their honest feedback.
54% of those who took our survey use Spotify as their streaming platform. We thought this number would be much higher. From now on, we'll make sure to include links to all the different music platforms out there and be consistent about it (Sorry, our bad!).
68% enjoy the current mix of old and new songs we share, but 20% expressed interest in seeing more posts about new music and releases. Noted! We'll be sure to focus a bit more on new music moving forward.
